We teach kids, teens, and adults of all skill levels and abilities to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter.
Phase 1: Learn how to strike safely and effectively at short, medium, and long ranges in all directions.
Phase 2: Program the student through training to defend against common attacks such as grabs, chokes, and strikes.
Phase 3: Develop your grappling and striking skill-sets to prepare yourself for the reality of fighting. Situational sparring teaches the student how to adapt and overcome.
Phase 4: Applying the Krav Maga system’s principles in all areas of fighting. Understanding tactical positioning in the context of weapons, multiple attackers, VIP protection.
Phase 1: Learn how to move, strike, grapple, and fall safely.
Phase 2: Learn how to work together while practicing the move of the day.
Phase 3: Situational sparring daily helps the student understand the reality of fighting.
Phase 4: Learn Krav Maga self-defense, escape, and abduction prevention techniques.
